Refund policy

Within the UAE 

We have a one time 3-day exchange only policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Our exchange policy does not apply to items bought on Sale or Special Promotions and separate conditions may apply.

Free Exchange:

Our Free exchange procedure will be applicable if the order you received had:

  • Wrong product (as per display on site / product ordered)

Charged Exchange:

You will be charged 50 AED for the exchange of your items if:

  • Product does not match the look you wanted
  • You don’t like the material 
  • Wrong Size 
  • General return of product


To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at customercare@rzanmoda.com or contact us by WhatsApp +971 50 843 3893. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like perishable goods (such flowers or Dukhoon ), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items or gift cards.


Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for us to inspect.

For orders outside the UAE, customers will be responsible for the shipping fee of returning the original item and shipping fee of the new item.

We only offer refunds on products that are defective or damaged during shipping.
